The steam sauna uses the pleasant effects of heat, moist steam, aromatic essences and peace. In contrast to the climate in a classic dry sauna, a steam room is a moist, warm bath. Air humidity and a relatively low temperature together create a climate that is beneficial for the human body in many ways. In the steam sauna, you will get a pleasant feeling of recovery, regenerate and relax.

How to properly use a steam sauna:

  • Before entering the sauna, clean your body properly with soap and water.
  • Stay in the sauna until you are properly warmed up (it is not healthy to prolong the time in the sauna so that you feel faint and dizzy). The length of stay in the steam sauna is always individual, but usually 10 - 20 min.
  • After leaving the steam sauna, it is recommended to take a shower - it is not necessarily necessary to cool down sharply - use lukewarm water. Everyone chooses the intensity of cooling according to their feelings and experience. The phase of overheating and cooling is usually repeated 2-3 times in order to achieve pleasant sensations.
  • After finishing the sauna, or after the massage, we recommend resting for 20-30 minutes.

  • Po odchode z parnej sauny je doporučené sa osprchovať - nie je nevyhnutne nutné sa prudko ochladzovať - použite vlažnú vodu. Intenzitu ochladenia volí každý podľa svojich pocitov a skúseností. Fáza prehrievania a ochladzovania sa zvyčajne opakuje 2-3x tak, aby bolo docielené príjemných pocitov.
  • Po ukončení saunovania, prípadne po masáži odporúčame odpočinok 20-30 minút.
