Healthy sauna use and sauna construction We perceive a sauna with a long tradition as a device that has a beneficial effect on our health, but above all an excellent preventive effect.

We perceive the sauna with a long tradition as a device that has a beneficial effect on our health, but above all an excellent preventive effect. In addition to the classic Finnish sauna, which is based on the principle of repeated heating of the body and subsequent cooling, infrared cabins have also found application. Their advantage is minimal space for installation, so they can be placed even in a small apartment.

Would you like to relax in the comfort of your home whenever you want? You can. Just choose the right home sauna from the menu.

In today's fast-paced world, sauna bathing is a rediscovered means of restoring and strengthening physical and mental strength with beneficial healing effects.

Our Finnish saunas or infrared saunas will provide you with this healing procedure and you will be able to enjoy saunas with the whole family at any time and in the comfort of your home.

Dry Finnish sauna

One option is a sauna in the space, another is a small built-in sauna, lined with wood. The third type of home sauna is an outdoor house.

Home saunas offer strengthening effects on human health, a source of energy, but above all a place for perfect relaxation. Until recently, only a few people could use the comfort of their own sauna - home saunas were expensive, difficult to access and required space. Today, thanks to modern home saunas, the situation is completely opposite, and almost anyone can have their own sauna.

We create modern and designer home saunas in the form of combined saunas with infrared heaters, infrared saunas, steam saunas or home wellness.

Construction of a home sauna

Because the sauna does not increase the humidity in the room where it is located, it can be placed practically anywhere. We can have it in basement spaces, in living spaces or completely extra as a sauna house. When building an outdoor sauna, we must not forget to solve a wardrobe for storing clothes and, of course, a place to cool down. In theory, a garden hose is sufficient, but for the correct procedure, a wading pool is more suitable, because the body should be completely immersed in cold water.

Construction of a sauna

In the construction of a classic Finnish sauna, high-quality wood is used, which is durable and resistant to high temperatures. Scandinavian spruce (smooth light wood with minimal resin content) or Canadian pine (slightly reddish wood without lumps) are suitable for cladding.

African abachi willow (wood with minimal thermal conductivity) is used for interior fittings, which cools, so the touch of the bench with the skin of the body is pleasant. Domestic materials can also be used, but they are porous, do not have the necessary absorption capacity and wear out much sooner.

You can build a sauna yourself, but it is more convenient and faster to build a turnkey sauna.

How to heat a sauna

The sauna can be heated with a stove with a steam generator capable of combining the classic dry method of heating with the humid environment of a steam bath. They include a container for scented essences. The sauna can also be heated with electric stoves, on which lava stones or Finnish granite stones are placed and poured with water.

Undemanding infrared sauna

Infrared saunas are characterized by low electricity consumption, as they heat up in five to 10 minutes and the temperatures inside range from 40 to 60 ° C. At the same time, sweating in an infrared sauna is much more intense, as the radiation penetrates deep into the tissues. Therefore, it is not necessary to repeat the cycles of overheating and cooling.
