They say that you are most beautiful an hour after the sauna. Intense sweating cleans the skin and promotes the formation of new skin cells. The heat will speed up the blood flow and increase the amount of oxygen in the tissues. Wrinkles are ironed out, the skin shines like freshly polished apples and looks younger. The sauna is actually a great cosmetic treatment in itself.
That's why it's enough if you shower after it with clean water without any cleaning agents. You will notice soft and supple skin immediately after the sauna. However, as soon as he gets used to the normal environment, he gets stressed due to fat loss.
