Wooden versions of saunas

Each sauna manufactured by our company SAUNY NA MIERU s.r.o. consists of insulated walls that are lined with wood. We only use properly dried and high-quality wood for the interior cladding when manufacturing the sauna, such as Hemlock, Abachi (African willow), Nordic spruce, Cedar, or Poplar, Linden, or Aspen from commonly available woods in Slovakia.

The door can be all-wooden with glazing or all-glass. All materials used to make the sauna are natural. We use mineral wool for insulation and we do not chemically treat the surface of the wood used for cladding. Since our company manufactures custom-made saunas, we are happy to come directly to the place of implementation within the whole of Slovakia, and together with you we will determine the most suitable location, dimensions and type of sauna. We will then create a binding quotation for you, according to the dimensions and requirements approved or specified by you.

Sauna interior

We manufacture Finnish saunas, infrared saunas or combined saunas and outdoor saunas from high-quality materials intended for saunas. For inspiration, we have at your disposal 3 basic variants of interior lining materials for sauna benches, which can be combined in different ways.

Custom sauna benches are a great solution for quick assembly of a new sauna or if you want to give your old sauna a new look. We will make sauna benches for you in Abachi or Poplar wood.

The benches for the sauna are placed at different heights so that it is possible to alternate between several different temperatures during the stay inside. Other sauna equipment usually includes a thermometer and hygrometer and pleasant lighting. A cooling pool is located outside the sauna.

Built-in saunas

They are made to measure and this type is suitable for a smaller apartment with an atypical niche or a small free corner in your home. The height, width and depth are customizable, as well as the number, size and layout of the benches and the type of interior. The accessories for the sauna are the same as for the cabins. We will not overwhelm you on our site with the correct methods of sauna use, but one factor is really very important, and that is to determine the appropriate time horizon for staying in the sauna, as each of us reacts to the burden of the body associated with staying in the sauna differently. There are people among us who tend to get tired from the sauna and, on the contrary, individuals who are so invigorated that they cannot fall asleep after staying in any sauna. In order to find a suitable time for a sauna just for you, you must first check for yourself which group you belong to and time your stay in the sauna accordingly.

And finally, one more piece of advice: it is advisable to drink only after finishing the sauna, but then a sufficient amount! If you didn't know it until now, after one visit to the sauna, up to 2 liters of water can evaporate from your body, which is extremely important to replenish.
